OWNER / DENTIST
Dr. Keith Shankle
Dr. Shankle was born and raised in Northeast Oklahoma. After graduating with honors from Northeastern State University, he went on to attend The University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry where he graduated with distinction and finished among the top ten in his class.
He and his wife, Michelle, have been married for over 20 years and have been blessed with four kids, Kale, Karsyn, Kenneth & Karter.
Dr. Shankle enjoys a very large extended family, is an accomplished outdoorsman, and loves hunting and fishing in his spare time.
Dr. Shankle takes pride in trying to continue his father's legacy of hard work, helping others and cattle ranching.
Fun fact: He even has his own pilots license!
DENTIST
Dr. Mitchell Vo
Dr. Mitchell Vo is a general dentist dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
His journey into dentistry began early in his career while working for several years as a dental assistant, where he gained valuable hands-on experience and developed a strong appreciation for building relationships with patients. He was inspired to pursue dentistry by the first dentist he worked alongside, whose mentorship and commitment to patient care had a lasting impact.
Dr. Vo earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Oklahoma in Environmental Sustainability before completing his Doctor of Dental Medicine at Nova Southeastern University. He enjoys incorporating digital and cosmetic dentistry into the practice and is passionate about volunteering in the local community.
Outside of the office, Dr. Vo enjoys watching sports, playing golf, and spending time with his family.

Deanna is a local girl from the Salina area. She graduated from Salina High School in 2013 and went on to earn her cosmetology license from NTC that same year. Shortly after, she found her true passion in dentistry and has now been a dedicated dental assistant for 11 years.
Deanna is married to her husband Wade and together they have two little boys, Stetson and Nash. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors on their farm, where they raise and buck their bucking bulls.
Deanna's favorite part of her job is helping patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident throughout their visit. She loves building genuine connections and making every patients experience, a positive one!
Hi! I'm Nickie Cagle. I'm originally from Inola but 1 am proud to call Pryor my home.
I'm an experienced dental assistant of 15 years, 6 of which have been here at Pryor Creek Dental! I always notice smiles first and I definitely appreciate a good one! The best part of my job is getting to help patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles and make a tangible difference in my patients well being.
Outside of work, you'll most likely find me spending most of my time outdoors with my husband and two dogs, whether it's going to the lake, taking a hike, traveling somewhere new or going to a concert. I love spending as much time with family and friends as possible!

Rhonda Ingram is a dedicated dental hygienist with 32 years of experience helping patients feel confident, cared for, and comfortable in the dental chair.
Originally from Texas, she and her husband, Chris, moved their family to New Life Ranch in 2013 to serve in ministry- an experience that strengthened her passion for serving others both inside and outside the clinic.
A proud mom of four and GiGi to one adorable grandson, Rhonda treasures family time above all. When she's not caring for patients, she enjoys painting furniture, cooking and creating welcoming spaces for the people she loves.
With a heart for people and a lifelong love for her profession, Rhonda brings joy, compassion, and excellence to every part of her life.
Rhonda is grateful for the opportunity to serve patients each day- and yes, she will remind you to floss, but she promises to do it with a smile!
Hi! I'm Avery Brown and I'm 21 years old. I'm proud to have been apart of the the Pryor Creek Dental Team since June of this year! I graduated from Pryor High school in 2022. After working as a waitress for a few years, I decided to pursue a career in Dental Assisting and absolutely love it! In my free time, I love spending time with my family and visiting my boyfriend Aidan in Texas. My favorite part of my job is being able to support our patients and be apart of their care.
Fun Fact: I love going to concerts any chance I get. I have been to 15 or more.

Courtney Boudreau has been a dental assistant for nearly eight years and loves helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. She loves talking and joking with patients during their appointments to help lighten the atmosphere ano make their experience a memorable one.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors- whether she's hunting whitetail deer, fishing or riding side-by-sides with her husband and friends. She also raises a flock of chickens at home and is a proud dog mom to two German Shepherds.
Hey there, I'm Danielle! I started out in medical when I was 18. I have always loved helping people and realized around 12 years ago that my heart belonged in dental. Not only am I passionate about helping people find financial ways to help meet their needs, I also love helping them have the best and most healthy smile!
When you walk in the door, you'll usually find me at the front desk ready to greet you, checking patients in and out, and helping wherever I can to make you feel warm and welcomed! I truly care about our patients, our staff and I love being here!
Everyone makes my job enjoyable and it's a blessing to work here. I think our patients see our compassion, love and appreciation for each other and our patients, which makes them want to be here too!
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my loves. I am married to a wonderful guy and together we have 4 children and 7 grandbabies, which keeps me very busy but | love it! I have a farm that I enjoy spending time at and call my "Happy Place". We also enjoy camping, traveling, and spending time with family. I am truly blessed beyond measure to have the family I have and the place I work at!

Courtney Herndon is a local girl from the Claremore area. She graduated from Sequoyah in 2005 and attended TCC where she earned her associates degree in applied science and dental hygiene, graduating with honors in 2015. She is also an entrepreneur and has recently started her own business around the Grand Lake area. Courtney is married to her husband Kyle and together they have raised their two kids, Kylee and Kolton. In her down time, she enjoys spending time outdoors on her deer farm near Grand Lake. Courtney's favorite part of her job is educating patients and improving their oral health while also giving them the confidence to smile.
Fun Fact: She loves to sing to her patients and wanted to be a doctor growing up.
Hi! I'm Lisa. I've been in the dental field for almost 24 years, most of that time working alongside Dr. Shankle. I started my career as a dental assistant before transitioning to the front office. You'll usually find me at the front desk checking patients out after their appointments and making sure they leave knowing how much we truly care about them and their visit!
I absolutely love our patients. They make my job so enjoyable and rewarding! Our team is amazing and truly feels like family, which helps create a warm, welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter.
During the warmer months, we love being outdoors- boating, camping, and taking motorcycle trips. We just welcomed our first grandson and he is the best thing EVER!

Hi there! I'm Madison Ward. I am originally from Washington, Oklahoma and I am now excited to call this area home! I'm proud to be a graduate of both Oklahoma State university and the University of Oklahoma. I earned my bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business from OSU and later followed my passion for healthcare by completing my bachelor's in Dental Hygiene at OU.
When I am not at the office, you'll usually find me enjoying the outdoors or spending quality time with my wonderful family and friends. My husband and I also just welcomed our beautiful baby girl in September! Here at Pryor Creek Dental, I truly love caring for our patients and feel grateful everyday to work alongside such amazing team. I look forward to meeting you and making your visit a positive, comfortable experience!
Hi, I'm Mandy Wildman. I've worked in the dental field for 26 years, most of that time with Dr. Shankle! I started my career as a dental assistant and now work in the front office, where I communicate with insurance companies and help make sure patients are treated fairly.
Outside of work, I'm a mom and a grandma-(two of my favorite roles!) | enjoy spending time with my family, going to the lake, and traveling whenever I can.

Hi! I'm Shelby. I'm a hands-on trained dental assistant who loves helping patients feel comfortable (while also pretending not to panic when they say "I hate the dentist"!) My husband Carl and I share five little humans who range in age from 8-19. When I'm not being the best chair-side hype-person and being focused on making sure you leave with a sparkling smile and no lingering trauma, I am usually binge watching a show that I will most likely forget the name of. I spend most evenings and weekends on the sidelines and at the ballfields or antiquing for retro decor with my husband. Every evening | look forward to being at home with my family, listening to my husband's questionable dad jokes and the sound of my kids suffering through them.
Fun fact: If it looks like it came from a 1970's shag carpeted living room with wood paneling, I probably want it.
